How to Get Started
Please print and complete the

documents and forward to your e-CAP Sales Associate:

documents instruct your bank to forward all unpaid checks to our
processing center and allow us to act on your behalf during the check
recovery process. In the event you have existing unpaid checks, simply
complete the existing
check merchant receipt form and forward to your e-CAP Sales
Associate along with your existing unpaid checks.
